This policy explains what information Lama Collision (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit lamacollision.com, request an estimate, authorize a repair or apply for a job, and how we use it. We do not sell your personal information.
Information you give us
- Estimate requests: your name, phone number, email address, vehicle model, VIN, a description of the damage and the photos you upload.
- Job applications: your contact details, the position you are interested in, and the résumé you upload.
- Repair authorization: the details you enter in the repair authorization and direction of payment form, which is hosted by our form provider, Jotform.
- Calls and emails: anything you share when you contact us directly.
Information collected automatically
We use Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and whether an estimate form was submitted. These services may record your IP address, device and browser type, referring page and approximate location, and Google Analytics uses cookies. Our contact page embeds Google Maps, which may also set cookies when it loads. If you choose a language on this site, that choice is saved in your browser.
How we use your information
- To prepare estimates, contact you about your vehicle and complete your repair.
- To communicate with your insurance company when you ask us to handle a claim on your behalf.
- To review job applications and contact candidates.
- To keep the website working, secure and useful.
- To meet legal, tax and recordkeeping obligations.
When we share it
We share information only as needed to serve you:
- With your insurance company, adjusters or lienholders involved in your repair.
- With service providers that host our website, process form submissions and provide analytics (for example Vercel, Google and Jotform), who may only use it to provide their services to us.
- When required by law, or to protect our rights, customers or the public.
Your choices
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser, or opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on.
- You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing Cs.austell@lamacollision.com. We may need to keep some records, such as repair invoices, to meet legal obligations.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
